  • Garlic seasoning

  • Medeteranien seasoning

  • Oregano

  • Pepper

  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut up the zucchinies into rings

  2. Place the zucchinies onto the baking tray and season:

  3. Season the cut up pieces of zucchini with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for ~35 min at 220°:

  5. Whilst waiting for the zucchini to bake, pour the tomato source into a small bowl (~1 cup) and season with a teaspoon of olive oil, oregano, medeteranien seasoning, garlic seasoning, salt and a little bit of pepper

  6. Grate the cheddar cheese into an empty bowl and wait patiently for the zucchini to finish baking.

  7. Add the toppings

  8. Firstly add the tomato sauce onto the zucchini pieces then sprinkle with grated cheese.

  9. Put back in the oven for ~3 minutes until the cheese is melted

  10. Serve warm!
