About This Space.

Hey there! Welcome to my corner of the internet. This isn't just another health website; it’s a project built by a student, for students.

As a teen myself, I know how hard it can feel to balance school, activities, and still try to eat well and stay active. Between homework, hanging with friends, and everything in between, "healthy living" can sound like just another chore. That’s exactly why I started this project.

This site is my Personal Project, where I’ve combined my interests in food, fitness, and design into one useful resource. Everything you see here, from the nutrition-filled, tasty recipes to the no-equipment workouts, has been researched, tested, and created with our real lives in mind.

A Site Designed for You: I built this website from scratch, focusing on making it easy to navigate and nice to look at, because useful info should be enjoyable to use.

This project wasn't just about making a website. It was about learning—how to research, how to create, how to manage my time, and how to turn an idea into something real. I hope this space makes your journey toward feeling good a little easier, a lot more fun, and totally yours. To ensure the fitness guides were safe and effective, I collaborated with a professional kinesiologist. Behind The Project

This website is the culmination of my IB MYP Personal Project. My goal was to create a genuinely useful resource that tackles the real challenges teens face with balancing healthy eating and fitness with a busy student life.

This project was a journey of learning by doing. I broke it down into three key phases, each focused on building a part of the resource I wished existed.

My Journey in Three Phases:

Phase 1 – Research & Recipes
I dedicated weeks to sourcing, testing, and photographing student-friendly recipes. Every dish you see here has been cooked in my kitchen, photographed by me, and added to a carefully organized database to ensure it’s both delicious and genuinely practical for a teen’s schedule and budget.

Phase 2 – Expert-Approved Fitness
Safety and effectiveness were my top priorities. I collaborated with kinesiologist Miss Vanja Kovacic, whose over 30 years of professional experience were invaluable. Her guidance ensured that every seasonal workout guide is not only effective but also safe and tailored for a teenage lifestyle.

Phase 3 – Design & Build
To bring everything together, I learned web design from the ground up. Using the Wix platform, I applied principles of visual hierarchy and user experience from my Design classes to build this site from scratch—focusing on making it intuitive, visually engaging, and easy for you to navigate.

Why This Matters to Me
As a student constantly juggling homework, activities, and social life, I understand how easy it is for health to take a back seat. I didn’t want another idealised, unrealistic guide. I wanted to create the supportive, practical, and encouraging resource I wish I’d had—one that meets you where you are and makes feeling good feel achievable.
