Instructions

1. Prepare oat mixture:

  • In a large bowl, cut up the two bananas into small pieces and mash them up

  • Crack the two eggs in the bowl and add the oats.

  • Mix until it forms a sticky mixture

2. Cook the oat mixture:

  • Heat a pan with a little olive oil and transfer the mixture from the bowl to the pan.

  • Scramble the mixture until it reaches a golden colour

3. Prepare the fruit:

  • Wash the grapes and blueberries.

  • Cut the grapes in half and put them aside for the time being.

4. Prepare the base:

  • Transfer the scrambled oats into an empty bowl.

  • Fill half the bowl with the oats and the other with Greek yoghurt.

  • Add the fruit to the yoghurt and glaze the oats with honey

5. Serve warm {optional} and enjoy!
