Instructions

Put the oats, protein powder, olive oil and honey in a bowl and mix until sticky

Place a small pan on the stove and put the blueberries in it. Add the cup of water and gently mix until the mixture is of dark purple colour and the blueberries are soft/squashed.

Place the oat base on a tray with baking paper and add the blueberries on top

Add the remaining oat base on top of the blueberry mixture.

Place the tray in the oven for ~40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (Note: Bake until the edges are golden and the centre is set, rather than relying strictly on the clock.)

After it's done baking, let it cool off before putting it in the fridge overnight
