Instructions

  1. Take care of the vegetables;

    Cut up the mushrooms and pepper into small pieces.

  2. Cook the vegetables for ~6 minutes on a preheated pan with olive oil, add the following seasoning: paprika, vinegar, salt, pepper, Mediterranean mix.

  3. Prepare base:

    Mix the 2 eggs and add a pinch of salt and pepper seasoning {optional}. Mix in with the milk {optional}

  4. Remove the vegetables, re-add the olive oil and pour in the eggs:

    Cook for until both sides of the base are goldenish, then add the vegetables in the middle and fold the two sides in the middle.

  5. Season with Mediterranean seasoning and serve:

    Serve with salami and bell peppers.
