Instructions

  1. Take care of the vegetables:

  2. Wash and cut up the zucchini, broccoli and sweet potatoes into small pieces.

1. Broccoli

  • Boil water in a kettle and place the cut-up pieces of broccoli into a pot on the stove, and wait for the water to boil. Pour the water into the pot with the broccoli and turn on the stove. Boild for ~20 minutes

2. Zucchini

  • Cut up the zucchini into small pieces and season with olive oil, paprika seasoning, Mediterranean seasoning and garlic seasoning. Place aside for the time being.

3. Sweet potatoes

  • Cut up the sweet potatoes into small pieces and place them on baking paper on a tray. Season with olive oil, Mediterranean seasoning and garlic seasoning. Place in the oven and bake for ~ 40 minutes at 200 °

    4.  ​Take care of the meat

  • Cut up the meat into medium pieces and season with olive oil, paprika seasoning, Mediterranean seasoning and garlic seasoning.

  • Preheat a pan with olive oil and add the meat.

  • Mix until a brownish colour.

  1. Add the zucchini to the pan and continue mixing.

  2. After the zucchini is of a darker colour, add the cooked broccoli and mix for a few seconds. Put on a lid.

  3. Wait until the potatoes are baked and the meat with vegetables is done.

  4. After the food is done, place it in a bowl and add Honey Mustard sauce {optional}

  5. Serve warm
