Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter:

    In a bowl, use a fork or another utensil to mash the banana until it reaches a smooth consistency.

    Next, add the oats, beaten egg, and a generous pinch of either cinnamon or cocoa powder, depending on your preference.

    Mix the ingredients together thoroughly, making sure to combine them well to form a thick, homogenous batter.

  2. Cook the Pancakes:

    After mixing your ingredients, it's time to get your pan ready.

    Heat your non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
